We offer you a dynamic work environment with plenty of development opportunities. Lead, coach and develop the Site Services Technician team, ensuring high performance and safe working practices. Ensure the continuous, safe and efficient operation of all site utilities and services. Take full responsibility for the management and performance of all site service contracts, including contractor coordination and compliance. Act as the subject matter expert for steam and boiler operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency and cost control. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and IFS standards.

BOAS (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme) certification essential. Proven experience working with shell boilers in a manufacturing environment. Experience supervising or leading a small technical team desirable Strong contractor management and service contract experience. Excellent problem-solving, planning and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, fully automated manufacturing environment.
