No clipboard-wielding middle managers breathing down your neck. Just proper engineering, the way it should be.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nKeeping boilers, AHUs, chillers, compressors, water systems, steam kit and site utilities running without drama\nPlaying a key part in infrastructure improvements, energy-saving projects, and making sure the site doesn’t grind to a halt\nTroubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults (and ideally fixing them too – radical, we know)\nKeeping everything safe, legal, and audit-proof – the usual H&S and compliance bits\nWorking alongside other engineers and contractors who know what they’re doing\n\nWhat we’re after:\n\nSolid background in site services, facilities or utilities maintenance – ideally in food/FMCG/manufacturing\nYou know your HVAC from your chilled water, and your steam systems from your compressed air\nRelevant quals in mechanical or electrical (NVQ/C&G/HNC/etc.)\nYou’re proactive, self-sufficient, and not someone who waits for a machine to explode before raising a flag\nAble to talk to humans (contractors, colleagues, even the occasional manager)\n\nWhy bother?\n\nThe site’s growing, investment is flowing, and engineering is taken seriously here\nYou’ll get exposure to some proper kit – and your ideas will actually be listened to\nGood team, strong backing, and a role where you can make a real difference\nInterested?\n Hit apply or drop me a message.
