I am currently in need of a Site / Senior Site Manager to join the team on a £30 million CAT A commercial office refurbishment project in Central London. The project is currently live and the suitable manager is needed to join the project within the next 4-6 weeks. Works involved are new M&E installation, data inlet's, new cable installation and new raised floors..\n\nThe Candidate - must be capable of assisting in delivering the project whilst reporting into a residential project manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.\n\nSite tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.\n\nMy client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
