Site Reliability Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and optimise Kubernetes environments for scalable, resilient deployments
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure platform performance and uptime
• Manage code repositories and version control processes to support collaborative development
• Drive automation across deployment and operational workflows
• Work closely with platform and development teams to ensure seamless integration
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for platform usage and deployment
• Lead on deployment automation, integration testing, and pipeline configuration
• Support ongoing improvements in platform security, scalability, and maintainability
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously evolve platform capabilities
• Travel internationally as required to support project delivery

Main Skills Needed:

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Proven background building CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Solid understanding of Git and repository management practices
• Demonstrated success in driving automation and improving system reliability
• Strong communication skills with experience working across technical teams
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial
