Description Based at our clients operation in London, the Site Operations Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day Warehouse, Inventory and Transport operations team and activities. They will be responsible for leading an inclusive?culture, built on trust and high performance whilst also meeting legal, KPI and budgetary targets. Key responsibilities include: Providing a genuine and authentic leadership for the operations team. Influencing, managing and maintaining internal and external relationships across a variety of stakeholders, including Union partnerships.
