The role will be split from working in the office and working on Clients sites, you will be looking after a small team of Mechanical Engineers who are working on various sites repairing and servicing Phase Motors, Fan Units, Water Pumps and Pump Systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage a Team of Site Engineers. Site Visits to access Customers requirements and problems. Produce Quotations. Maintain good communications with the Client with the progress of all outstanding works. Understanding Industrial Pumps and Motors. Ideally trained with an electrical bias. Key Requirment: Understanding of Industrial Pumps & Motors. Worked on various sites. Hands on work effort. Fully electrically and mechanically qualified. Previous experience working as a Engineering Manager or Operations Maintenance. The Package: Canteen. Casual dress. Company car. Company pension. Free parking.
