Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager – Wallyford (20-Week Contract) Wallyford, East Lothian 20-week contract | Monday–Friday (early finish Fridays)

We’re working with a well-established main contractor who requires an Assistant Site Manager (ASM), Site Manager (SM), or Senior Site Manager (SSM) to join their team on a live residential development in Wallyford for a period of 20 weeks.

The site comprises affordable homes alongside a commercial unit, and you'll be joining an experienced team on an active and well-progressed site. Depending on your experience, you'll be supporting either the housing or commercial element of the development.

What’s on offer:\n

\n \n Full-time, site-based role

\n Working hours: 8am – 4:30pm (Mon–Thurs), 8am – 3:30pm (Fri)

\n Opportunity to support a meaningful affordable housing project

\nWhat we’re looking for:\n

\n \n Previous experience in a residential new build setting – affordable housing experience beneficial or general construction experience

\n Valid CSCS card

\n SMSTS or SSSTS certification

\n First Aid is desirable but not essential

\n Able to commit to the full 20-week duration

\n
