We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a major £3M refurbishment and full fit-out of a prominent multi-storey retail store. The project involves a complete internal overhaul across six floors, delivering high-end finishes to a fast-paced programme in a live city centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards.

*

Oversee subcontractors and coordinate trades to meet tight deadlines.

*

Monitor and enforce site Health & Safety compliance in line with company policies.

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to provide regular progress updates.

*

Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS, permits, and daily reports.

Requirements:

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification – Essential.

*

Proven track record managing large retail fit-out projects.

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

*

Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

*

Experience managing multi-storey refurbishment works.
