3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Experienced Site Manager Hotel Revitalisation (Pre-Construction & Delivery) Location: Perth Project Start: End of January Project Duration: ~20 months Sector: Commercial / Hospitality Refurbishment We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the pre‑construction phase and lead on‑site delivery for the revitalisation of an existing hotel in Perth. This is a long‑term opportunity for a hands‑on manager who excels in communication, coordination, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and programme. Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Project Manager during pre‑construction, providing input, logistics planning, and support with early procurement. Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations once construction begins. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and programme to maintain project momentum. Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions. Monitor and enforce health & safety standards, RAMS compliance, and site documentation. Maintain quality control, carry out inspections, and resolve site issues promptly. Keep accurate records, progress reports, and communicate clearly with the client, consultants, and internal team. Ensure the project meets deadlines, cost targets, and quality expectations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment or hospitality projects. Strong technical knowledge and site management expertise. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills. Experience overseeing live refurbishments or complex hotel upgrades (preferred). Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades. SMSTS, First Aid, and Black CSCS card required.
