The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance of the Penrith site, ensuring operational excellence while leading from the front.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accountability
Leading, motivating, and developing a high‑performing team
Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining quality standards
Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to improve processes and workflows
Driving continuous improvement, profitability, and site performance
About You

Proven leadership ability with operational or technical experience
Experience in the automotive/accident repair sector
Ambitious, proactive, and ready to step into or grow within a leadership role
A resilient, strategic thinker with a passion for people development and performance
Hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills

Hours & Requirements

Monday to Friday, 8.5‑hour shifts
Full UK driving licence required
On‑site role based in Penrith
