About the Role TCFM is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee soft services at a busy Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes. You will manage operational delivery, maintain high standards, and build strong relationships with the customer. Key Responsibilities

Deliver FM services according to SLA, site charter, and internal strategy. Manage on-site FM projects and act as the main contact for the customer. Monitor SLAs and performance indicators, ensuring compliance and excellence. Manage suppliers to deliver consistent service and great customer interactions. Track budgets, drive continuous improvement and maintain full compliance. Lead, coach, and develop colleagues, ensuring team performance and standards. Oversee health & safety, COSHH, and all statutory obligations. Respond promptly to urgent issues, incidents, or service requests.

About You

Proven experience in soft services FM or large-scale cleaning operations (distribution centre experience desirable). Strong commercial awareness with KPI monitoring and budget responsibility. Skilled in team leadership, colleague development, and performance improvement. Confident communicator, able to influence and build trusted relationships. Proactive, organised, and committed to service excellence. Dedicated to delivering a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
