Site Manager – Energy & Infrastructure

Location: Site-Based - Hayes
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + package
Type: Permanent / Contract options available

We are recruiting Site Managers to support technically challenging energy and infrastructure projects with a strong focus on health & safety and site logistics.

The Role

This is a hands-on site leadership role, responsible for coordinating works, managing site activity, and ensuring projects run safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day site management and coordination

*

Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety procedures

*

Managing site logistics and delivery schedules

*

Coordinating subcontractors and trades

*

Reporting progress to Project and Senior Project Managers

Key Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within energy, M&E, or infrastructure

*

Strong H&S and site logistics background

*

Ability to manage fast-paced, complex site environments

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills
