As their business grows, they are seeking a skilled Site Manager with expertise in retail and commercial projects to lead dynamic construction/fitout projects across the UK on a permanent basis. Role Overview: As Site Manager, you will oversee subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring the project runs efficiently, meets deadlines, and adheres to high-quality standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the project; coordinating all on-site activities with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Drive project milestones to meet critical build deadlines. Collaborate effectively with the wider project team while working independently as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on retail or commercial fit out projects, including fast-track environments.
