TSR, are currently recruiting for a freelance site manager to work on a refurbishment project in Nottinghamshire. This position is available to start end of January and expected to run for 9 weeks. You will take full responsibility for the site, ensuring health and safety is a top priority. This project will impact the local community and relatively high profile for the area, with a value of £2m.

The contractor is privately owned; with over 65 years of experience, they will encourage safety, respect and reliability. This business has accomplished other similar value projects in recent times and has created a fantastic reputation in the region.

The Role:

Supervising all aspects of the on site operations
Being aware of all site safety hazards and precautions
Ensure workers have PPE and are using the correct equipment
Health & safety management/equipment
Subcontractor and quality management
Keep site documents up to date and organised
Manage the day to day running of the site
Programme management
Working collaboratively with other contractors
The Person:

CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
Experience as a site manager on refurb projects up to £5 million
Asbestos Awareness
IT Skills
Good Communication Skills
Client facing and relationship building experience
