Job Title: Site Manager

Location: London (first 6 months), Nationwide thereafter

Salary: £60,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction and fit-out projects, initially based in London for the first six months, with a transition to nationwide travel thereafter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working on high-profile retail projects, including Sainsbury’s sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

* Problem-solve and adapt to changing site conditions and project requirements.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or fit-out projects.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

* Willingness to travel nationwide after the initial London-based period.

* Sainsbury’s project experience is advantageous but not essential.

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
