The Role

As Site Manager, youll take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Penrith site, ensuring operational excellence while leading from the front.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accountability
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to improve processes and workflows
  • Driving continuous improvement, profitability, and site performance
About You
  • Proven leadership ability withoperational or technical experience
  • Experience in the automotive/accident repair sector
  • Ambitious, proactive, and ready tostep into or grow within a leadership role
  • A resilient, strategic thinker with a passion forpeople development and performance
  • Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
