ABOUT THE ROLE
The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join our client’s growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic site environment and takes pride in delivering high-standard structural work packages.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring safety standards are maintained, managing site personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations
*
Coordinate subcontractors, site labour, and material deliveries
*
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
*
Monitor progress and report against project timelines and budgets
*
Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders
*
Maintain clear site documentation and records
*
Work closely with the project management and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery
REQUIREMENTS
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager in structural or general construction
*
Strong knowledge of structural works including concrete, steel, and groundwork packages
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card), and First Aid certification
*
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams
*
Strong focus on health & safety and delivering projects to high standards
