Are you an Site Manager available for a temporary contract in Kilmarnock from 28 July?
We are looking for a Site Manager for a short term contract until September 2025 to assist a long standing client with an increased site output.
A proven track record running external refurbishment works is a must given the nature of this role. It would also be beneficial if you had experience in retrofit / EWI works refurbishing social housing stock. Up to date SMSTS will be an essential requirement for this role.
We are looking for candidates who are goal focused, methodical thinkers, enjoys working with the public and delivering on customer care. Someone who has a real passion and flair for delivering quality homes and enjoys maintaining a tidy site compound!
