We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our upcoming development of three bespoke homes in Marlow . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business known for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience managing the build of luxury houses from groundworks through to completion. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium product. Knowledge of CDM regulations , RAMS , and health & safety compliance . Ability to manage subcontractors, materials, and logistics efficiently. Competency with electronic site diaries, programme updates, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Include: Full site management including health & safety, quality control, and programming. Keeping an accurate electronic site diary with daily logs and labour records. Conducting daily briefings, managing subcontractors, and maintaining programme alignment. Ensuring compliance with CDM and statutory regulations . Managing plant, materials, deliveries, and welfare on-site. Creating and reviewing RAMS ; conducting toolbox talks and site inductions. Maintaining up-to-date as-built records , coordinating inspections, and ensuring work is built to spec. Liaising with neighbours to minimise disruption and maintain good relationships. Uploading site documentation, progress photos, and reports to the server. Holding weekly subcontractor meetings with follow-up minutes and action points. Updating 12-week lookahead programmes and supporting procurement planning. Maintaining clean, secure, and organised sites, with a sharp focus on quality and finish .
