Join to apply for the Site Manager role at Lovell Partnerships Ltd. An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Site Manager to join a dynamic Partnership team. Working closely with a wider delivery team and responsible to the Contracts Manager, this position will deliver a first‑class quality product whilst operating in occupied properties, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role will deliver the refurbishment programme of works within the Yorkshire area within the social housing sector. You will be an experienced site manager with a proven track record of successfully managing planned maintenance programmes. You will have strong knowledge of internal and external programmes and be a strong communicator with excellent customer service and IT skills. You will be able to demonstrate robust and proactive health, safety and environmental performance, and be able to manage our supply chain, ensuring that the necessary processes are adhered to. You will be a confident individual who can take ownership of your work.
