The Company
A respected North West main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build timber frame construction project and refurbishment package in the Warrington area. Due to sustained growth, the business is expanding its delivery team and requires a proven professional with strong construction management experience.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of construction projects. You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, Health & Safety compliance, and programme management.

Key duties include:

Managing daily site operations and monitoring build progress
Leading subcontractor management, planning, and coordination
Ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
Delivering strong leadership across the site team
Upholding site safety, RAMS, quality assurance, and compliance
Providing weekly progress reports to the Contracts Manager
