Job Opportunity: Site Manager - School Refurbishment

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in South Yorkshire. This is a short term contract role, ideal for a capable professional with a solid background in managing construction sites, particularly within the education sector.

SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure works are delivered on time and to specification
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
Maintain site records and reporting
Liaise with clients and project stakeholders as required
