Overview Job Title: Site Manager - Residential New BuildLocation: Northumberland / North East EnglandSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 + PackageStart Date: ASAP About the Company We are a well-established, family-run construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across the North East. Due to continued growth and the commencement of a new residential scheme in Northumberland, we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The Role You will take full responsibility for managing a new build residential development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of site operations on a large residential housing development Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget Maintaining high health & safety standards across site Liaising with the project team, clients, and consultants Managing quality control and ensuring homes are completed to specification Overseeing large residential plots from groundworks through to completion
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build residential developments Experience managing large residential plots / housing schemes SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essential First Aid at Work - essential Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to drive programme and maintain high build quality standards
