Hill McGlynn is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project within the social housing sector in Havering.

This is a key role managing the refurbishment of a block of apartments along with surrounding outbuildings. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management of refurbishment works
Supervising subcontractors and site operatives
Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations
Managing programme timelines and coordinating site activities
Liaising with clients, residents, and stakeholders
Monitoring quality control and ensuring high standards are maintained
Reporting progress to senior management Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the social housing or refurbishment sector
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
MUST hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle What's on Offer:
