Experienced Site Manager required for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a high-profile project within a live environment.

Key Duties:

Oversee day-to-day site operations

Manage subcontractors and drive programme

Maintain H&S and quality standards

Coordinate trades and site logistics

Requirements:

Proven Tier 1 / Tier 2 experience

Strong track record on live / refurbishment projects

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

Solid leadership and communication skills
