About the Project: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a prestigious high-end refurbishment project in Westminster. The scheme involves the transformation of a luxury hotel and private members' club to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors across multiple disciplines.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

Liaise with the client, project manager, and design team to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor progress and prepare site reports as required.

Experience & Skills Required:

Proven track record as a Site Manager on high-end refurbishment projects.

Strong knowledge of dry lining, M&E installation, and fireproofing systems.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential.
