The development comprises residential units of timber frame construction, designed to meet modern sustainability and energy efficiency standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the site, coordinating multiple subcontractors, and driving the project to successful completion.
Performance Objectives
Take full responsibility for the delivery of the timber frame residential development, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Oversee groundwork, infrastructure, and superstructure through to final handover, maintaining quality and compliance at every stage.
