What skills and experience we're looking forWe have a vacancy for a highly motivated and effective Site Manager to join our happy and hardworking team to help provide a healthy and safe environment for our children.We are looking for someone who can provide an excellent safety management, cleaning, repair and routine maintenance service at our school, oversee the safe use of our site and liaise with staff and contractors. We are a large junior school with eighteen classrooms and spacious grounds. We are looking for someone who will take pride in maintaining our whole site to ensure it is a welcoming environment where all our children can learn.As we are currently in the procurement stage of a DfE School Rebuilding Programme, our new Site Manager will also be able to work with school staff, governors, the DfE team and their appointed contractors to plan and implement incredibly exciting plans for our school.Previous relevant experience in a school or similar environment would be an advantage, but full induction and ongoing training will be provided by Hampshire’s Caretaking Support Services to new members of our team.
