This role is ideal for someone confident managing refurb works in live or sensitive environments, with a strong eye for quality and safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee day-to-day site operations on an education refurb project\nCoordinate subcontractors and labour to ensure smooth workflow\nMaintain strong health & safety standards across the site\nManage programme, quality checks, and site documentation\nLiaise closely with project managers, clients, and school representatives\nEnsure all works are completed with minimal disruption to the setting\n\nRequirements\n\nProven Site Management experience on refurbishment or education‑sector projects\nSMSTS qualification\nCSCS Manager Card\nSolid understanding of health & safety regulations\nStrong communication and leadership skills\nAbility to work effectively in a live environment\nRight to work in the UK
