Role Overview
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee on-site delivery for groundworks and associated services tailored to modular building projects:
*
Core duties include: Site set-up, planning, scheduling, managing subcontractors, and monitoring health & safety compliance.
*
Oversee delivery of surveys & ground investigation, fencing & hoarding, temporary trackways & access, temporary accommodation, groundwork & drainage, steelwork, cladding & skirting, steps/decking/handrails, paving & surfacing, and M&E works.
You’ll champion our client’s mission, vision, and values—always delivering outstanding client experiences and operational excellence.
What You Bring

Proven experience managing groundwork or modular-site delivery in the UK.
*
Strong commercial awareness and ability to control budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
*
Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder skills.
*
Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
*
Flexibility to travel to various UK sites as required.
