Are you a Site Manager looking for a new permanent role? An exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced individual within the Midlands area to join a well-established and family oriented Main Contractor who have been delivering a lasting impact for clients across various sectors.
Our client is a dynamic main contractor specialising in projects nationally, delivering high-quality fit outs across the UK, with projects typically ranging from £50k to £3m in value.
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background and project history. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing fast-paced projects with tight programmes, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest standard.
Key Requirements:
• Experience within the Industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of fit-out and refurb
• Proven ability to manage small works projects
• Openness to operate nationally on occasions
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
