Site Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager to join our clients team on a large infrastructure project. This is a key role for someone who knows how to run a safe, efficient and high-performing site-while keeping quality, programme and people in check.

You'll be responsible for leading day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, keeping paperwork tight and making sure work is delivered to spec, as well as:
\n
\n \n Managing subcontractors, plant, labour and materials
\n
\n
\n Writing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, method statements and temporary works
\n
\n
\n Handling site records, reporting, programme updates and progress meetings
\n
\n
\n Supporting commercial and design teams with variation info and updates
\n
\n
\n Leading toolbox talks, inductions and team briefings
\n
\n
\n
What we're looking for:
\n
\n \n Strong background in civil engineering or construction site management
\n
\n
\n SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Manager), and ideally Appointed Person
\n
\n
\n Confident communicator and team leader
\n
\n
\n HND/C or similar in Construction or Civil Engineering
\n
\n
\n
\n
