Site Manager - High-Rise Regeneration works Location: Coatbridge, Scotland Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 + van (DOE) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a high-rise regeneration project in Coatbridge. This will be the first project with the majority of work around Central Scotland and is a permanent role. We would also consider candidates who can commit long-term on a freelance/Ltd basis. Candidates should come from a strong building background with main contractor/tier 1 experience. Project Scope
External recladding works External Wall Insulation (EWI) Window replacement
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live high-rise regeneration project Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme delivery Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance Coordinate works across multiple trades Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Requirements
Proven experience managing high-rise regeneration or façade projects Strong background working for Tier 1 or principal contractors Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black Card (Site Manager) Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage fast-paced, technically demanding projects
