Our client is a family owned well established business who specialise in  \n\nHousing\n\t\nBuild\n\t\nDevelopment and retrofit.\n\nJob Role \n\nAdherence to the plan, specification and programme of works\n\t\nRequired to prepare progress reports, monitor programmes and sign off quality control documents\n\t\nAware of cost and managing delegated budgets, working closely with QS to optimise the profitability of projects\n\t\nCo-ordinate all Team Members set and update work objectives for teams and individuals. Plan activities and agree work methods to achieve objectives\n\t\nAllocate work and evaluate teams, individuals and self against objectives, ensuring that no task is beyond the team member’s capabilities\n\t\nEnsure that induction is rigorously carried out and records completed\n\t\nEnsuring that all tradesmen have the appropriate material and equipment in order to be able to achieve their designated tasks\n\t\nEnsuring that the site environment is satisfactory\n\t\nResponsible for the quality of all work carried out on the site whether undertaken by staff or contractors\n\nRequirements\n\nProven track record of Site Management\n\t\nExperience in running Social Housing projects from start to finish\n\t\nIn date SMSTS qualification\n\t\nFirst Aid at work\n\t\nAsbestos Awareness (is desirable but not essential)
