A respected and long-established contractor in the North West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment works within the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.

Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers efficiently.

Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and conduct regular site inspections.

Coordinate with , client representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure accurate site records, reports, and progress updates are maintained.

Support the Contracts Manager in driving project success.Requirements

Proven experience managing refurbishment or planned maintenance projects within the Social Housing sector.

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
