We are are looking to bring on board an experienced Site Manager to lead the safe and compliant delivery of energy, heating, and building compliance projects across multiple sites. Lead the safe delivery of energy, heating, and compliance projects across multiple sites, ensuring all work meets Sureserves high standards for quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and workflow management.

Uphold energy compliance standards and ensure all activities are carried out according to legal, company, and industry regulations, including Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH requirements.

Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, residents, and internal teams, providing timely updates and managing expectations to ensure a positive project experience for all stakeholders.

Oversee site logistics, project documentation, and reporting, ensuring accurate records are kept both electronically and manually.

Deliver on Sureserves mission to decarbonise homes, drive energy savings, and promote sustainable best practice on-site.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within the energy, compliance, social housing, or construction sectors.

Proven track record in the successful delivery of multi-site and/or large-scale energy or heating projects.

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate site teams and maintain high standards under pressure.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities for dealing with clients, residents, and colleagues with professionalism and respect.

Comprehensive knowledge of current Health & Safety and compliance regulations relevant to energy and construction delivery.

Competent IT skills with the ability to manage reporting systems and project documentation.

Role Requirements

IOSH Managing Safely or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification

CSCS Card

1st Aid Certificate

A full valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.

Ability to work flexibly including potential out-of-hours support as required by project demands.
