Freelance Site Manager – SHDF Retrofit Project (West London)\nRate: £290–£300 per day (CIS)\nContract: Ongoing\nLocation: West London, Ealing\n\nA leading property services company is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support a growing SHDF Decarbonisation project across West London on scattered properties.\n\nRole Overview\n\nYou will oversee the delivery of:\n\n * External Wall Insulation (EWI)\n\n * Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)\n\n * Window replacements\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience in retrofit/energy efficiency works\n\n * Strong knowledge of EWI, IWI, and window programmes\n\n * SMSTS/SSSTS and key H&S qualifications preferred\n\n * Confident managing subcontractors, quality, and resident liaison\n\nOffer\n\n * £290–£300 CIS per day\n\n * Long-term, ongoing contract with a major property services provider
