Housing Location: Winsford, Cheshire Rate: £260-280 per day Start: Immediate Are you an experienced SiteManager with a background in new build housing? Were looking for a hands-on, organised professional to oversee delivery for a major residential development in Winsford, working on behalf of a leading national contractor on a flagship legacy scheme. The Role As Site Manager, youll take ownership of project delivery and subcontractor oversight managing schedules, resources, and client communication to ensure smooth delivery across all stages of construction. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations and project delivery on-site
Producing and managing construction schedules and progress reports
Liaising directly with the main contractor and client to ensure targets and quality standards are met
Coordinating site teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity
Proactively resolving site or design challenges, keeping projects on track
About You Proven experience managinghousing or residential new build schemes
Strong background in project scheduling, delivery, and client interface
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing challenging or complex projects
SMSTS / CSCS and First Aid preferred
Whats on Offer £260-280 per day (depending on experience)
