M&E Site Manager Data Centre London Immediate start available

Project Delivery & Coordination Manage and oversee all M&E site activities, ensuring alignment with DPI's integrated design-build methodologies. Lead daily interface between mechanical, electrical, containment, fabrication, and structured cabling teams to maintain a seamless, coordinated installation. Maintain strict adherence to hyperscale project milestones and drive efficient execution across all site tasks. Ensure all works align with mission‑critical MEP system requirements, supporting optimal performance, sustainability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years experience as an M&E Manager, Site Manager, or Package Manager on mission‑critical or hyperscale data centre projects. Strong technical understanding of: Electrical systems (LV, MV, power distribution, busways, generators, UPS) Mechanical systems (cooling, HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC systems) High‑density cooling strategies including air, liquid or hybrid solutions (aligned with DPI's AI-ready data centre approach). Experience managing large-scale installation teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, BIM models and commissioning reports. Strong understanding of QA/QC processes for MEP systems. Proven ability to maintain safety leadership on complex construction projects. Essential skills and knowledge
Rights to work essential Leadership and people management. Management within Construction and M&E environment. Sector and industry knowledge within Data Centre and associated services environment. IT skills in Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint presentation. Financial awareness of profit and loss and commercial costing. SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS or ECS accreditation and First Aid
