About the Company We are a well-established and growing construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare and residential schemes across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build care home project. The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a new-build care home project, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all on-site activities from groundworks through to completion * Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers * Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies * Monitor project progress against programme and report to senior management * Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities * Manage site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and progress reports * Lead site meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on new-build projects (care home or healthcare experience desirable) * Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) * CSCS (Black or Gold Card) * First Aid at Work certification * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Ability to manage programmes and drive projects to completion Desirable * Experience delivering care homes, assisted living, or healthcare facilities * Knowledge of CQC standards and requirements * Degree/HNC/HND in Construction Management or related field If intersted in this role and would like more information please call Lee
