We're looking for a Site Manager to join us based on our Mayfield School project in Dalkeith Location : Dalkeith Hours : Full Time, Permanent What will you be responsible for? As Site Manager , you'll be working on a large education new build project, delivering a modern, energy efficient facility for the local community Your day to day will include: Lead daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project timelines. Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager. Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to. Manage site logistics and ensure efficient use of resources. Maintain accurate site records and documentation. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. Champion Kier's values and promote a positive site culture. Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for all site activities. Check the quality of work delivered by subcontractors to ensure it meets project standards. Undertake toolbox talks and site inductions for all personnel. Find solutions to emerging challenges and proactively manage risks. What are we looking for?
