Ground-Tec Construction Ltd is expanding its team and we are now recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.📍 Location: North Thoresby (Lincolnshire) – Site-based role with Head office meetings👔 Reports to: Contracts Manager💰 Package: Excellent competitive salary + benefitsAbout the roleAs Site Manager you will take full responsibility for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of construction projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget while maintaining an exemplary health & safety record.Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry (ideally groundworks, civils or general building)Strong knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation and CDM 2015Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureFull UK driving licenceWe pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects with a focus on safety, teamwork, development and the opportunity to work on varied and exciting Groundworks projects across the region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
