OverviewOCU are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team based in Shetland.As the Site Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of a construction project, ensuring its successful completion within budget, on time, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.You should be able to lead and motivate site personnel, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
