We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s team for a major infrastructure project in Dundee. The Site Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, with responsibility for health, safety, environmental and quality compliance, as well as meeting programme and budget requirements.

About the Role
Deliver works safely and in line with all regulations.
Ensure full understanding of project objectives.
Build, develop, support, and maintain a strong site team.
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and external parties.
Develop the tender programme into a detailed construction programme within 4 weeks of award.
Monitor progress with up-to-date programmes to provide clear direction on critical construction and financial targets.
Develop, manage, and maintain the Site Management Plan.
Identify and evaluate risks, implement actions, and maintain the Risk Register.
Manage and control changes to scope, requirements, and personnel.
Monitor progress against cost plans, programmes, and quality/environmental plans.
Manage stakeholder engagement and subcontractor relationships.
Oversee design management.About You
Proven experience in site management within civil engineering or construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and risk effectively.
