Are you a construction site manager with modular building experience?
Are you available for 12 weeks work from March 2026?We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a number of short-term modular building projects across our sites.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone used to working in fast-paced environments and delivering high-quality modular builds on tight programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site operations
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
Maintaining site records and compliance documentation
Liaising with project managers and clients

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in modular building projects
Valid CSCS card
SMSTS qualification
First Aid at Work certificate
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
