We're seeking a proactive and skilled individual to oversee a significant residential development in Buckinghamshire for one of our leading developers. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, operating in between 7.30 to 17.00 About the Role: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead and motivate the site team, manage subcontractors, and maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders.
