Site Manager - Norfolk Internal and External Plan Maintenance – Social Housing Competitive salary up to £58,000 plus package. Our client, a leading nationwide construction contractor, is looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division. Projects include internal and external plan maintenance for tower blocks and scattered properties in Norfolk and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives. Lead the site team to the best of your ability. Manage delivery of works to specification. Oversee direct reports including RLOs and office staff. Carry out pre- and post-inspections of works. Perform health & safety & quality checks.
Qualifications Strong communication skills and a proven track record in managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness certifications are required. Benefits Permanent position offering training and development with good progression opportunities.
