Finishing Site Manager Required – Orpington We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to join our team on a project based in Orpington. Role Responsibilities: * Overseeing all finishing works on site * Managing and coordinating handyman activities * Ensuring all snagging lists are completed to a high standard * Carrying out quality checks and ensuring timely completion of works * Maintaining site standards and health & safety compliance Requirements: * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager/Site Manager * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage snagging/finishing stages * Valid SMSTS certification * First Aid qualification * Black CSCS Card * Good communication and organisational skills Location: Orpington Start: Immediate / ASAP If you are interested and meet the above criteria, please get in touch with your CV or contact details
