This role would suit a quality-driven site leader who takes pride in delivering homes that stand out with a mindset focused on NHBC standards and right-first-time delivery. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a traditional build housing development, leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver homes safely, on programme and to an award-winning standard of quality. Key responsibilities include:
Full site management of a traditional build residential development Driving a PIJ-winning culture through quality, attention to detail and strong processes Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards and company build specifications Managing health & safety, programme and cost control Leading, motivating and developing site teams and subcontractors Maintaining excellent site presentation and customer satisfaction levels Producing accurate reporting and liaising with senior management
About You You will be a proven Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a strong background working for a PLC housebuilder, comfortable operating within structured processes and high expectations. You will ideally have:
Extensive experience managing traditional build housing developments A strong NHBC track record with demonstrable PIJ results or aspirations A PLC housebuilder background SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold) and First Aid qualifications A quality-first, right-first-time approach to construction Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
