Job Title: Site Manager Location: Site-based Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package
Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a well-established and growing construction business. The role is open to both experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers looking to take the next step in their career.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, including both commercial and residential developments, this role offers the chance to be part of a forward-thinking company with a strong pipeline of work.
The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations across construction projects
* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
* Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments
